Hakuji is one of the first leading matcha tearooms in Jakarta, Indonesia, selling over 22,000+ cups since last year. In 2025, they hosted their biggest event yet called The Teasperience, a community-focused matcha space designed to bring together matcha brands, tea artisans, ceramicists, and wellness practitioners under one roof. More than 50 brands participated, alongside 12 workshops and activities, creating a vibrant hub for connection, sharing, and co creation.

For The Teasperience, Hakuji needed a partner to document the entire 3-day event through photos and videos. With simultaneous activities happening across the marketplace and workshops, the challenge was to capture everything while ensuring engaging, high-quality coverage. The deliverables included more than six video and static outputs, ranging from event recaps and sponsor highlights to engaging interviews.

Our team delivered a complete suite of photos and videos for sponsor distribution, along with 6+ final outputs optimized for social media from recap reels to sponsor-focused content ensuring the event was showcased in a dynamic and engaging way.
